About the event
We begin by learning more about our Spirit Guides, what automatic writing is, and practicing the technique. Students are then guided through a meditative journey to open their connection with their Guides, followed by writing to channel messages onto the page. The class welcomes everyone, from those brand new to spiritual practice to those looking to deepen an existing connection.
