About the event

As stress quietly accumulates, what once felt manageable may begin to feel constant—showing up as mental fatigue, heightened emotions, or tension in the body. We may begin to judge how we show up for others and, eventually, turn that same judgment toward ourselves.

Cultivating Calm offers a full day to step out of that disconcerting rhythm and judgment. This restorative experience creates space to slow down, gently unwind, and reconnect with your own inner steadiness.

  • A Calm, Intentionally Held Environment

Arrive to a thoughtfully prepared space designed to invite ease, safety, and restoration

  • Mind–Body Healing & Nervous System Regulation

Engage in guided practices that support greater body awareness, steadiness, and presence
