The Healing Origins Intensive is a 3-day therapy workshop designed to help participants explore the roots of their personal story and heal developmental wounds that impact current relationships - both with others and within themselves. Through this experiential process, participants will examine early patterns that contribute to challenges with self-worth, boundaries, codependency, self-care, and attachment.

This workshop is not about blaming caregivers but about taking ownership of your healing journey. By understanding the roots of these patterns, participants can begin to foster healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and a deeper sense of self.
